Principal

Kevin’s higher education career began at Georgetown University where he led emerging technology initiatives to meet diverse institutional needs. He was the interim IT leader at the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia and has extensive experience planning and reviewing IT services to ensure they align with institutional strategic and operational goals.

Kevin has led major process improvement initiatives resulting in new approaches and services at Cornell University, the University of British Columbia, Pepperdine University, the University of Toronto, the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals, and many similar organizations.

Tracy Poole

Principal

Tracy has over 25 years of experience designing and implementing strategic solutions for both corporate and higher education institutions. His expertise has focused on strategic planning, marketing, Lean Process Improvement, and operations in Canada and the United States.

Tracy has a strong background in recruitment and application processes, operations, and technology solutions in higher education and corporate environments. He has led process improvement initiatives at the University of Toronto, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and York University and has facilitated Admissions Business Process Reengineering projects for several institutions.

John Marrazzo

Principal

John began his career leading Institutional Research and Administrative Computing at the University of Delaware. During his consulting career he has been the interim IT leader at institutions such as the University of Virginia, Darden Graduate School of Business School, and the University of Memphis. It was during these engagements that he created IT strategic plans and recruited and then transitioned new Chief Information Officers. He has also supported recruitment of IT leaders at schools such as Babson College and the College of Charleston.

John has led major process improvement initiatives resulting in new approaches and services at the University of British Columbia, the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia, the University of Toronto, Cornell University, and many similar institutions.
